New Form Layout: the result of a hidden calculation widget could not be read by condition

We have an algarithm set up using the calculations feature of the plugin to display different meal plans for our clients.. this feature was working perfectly the other day and now is not reading correctly. The calculations shows the correct number however its not pulling the correct graphic anymore to show which meal plan they should use. No one has changed or touched the form and it was working perfectly a few days ago.. now no matter what is entered it only pulls up our graphic that shows the "1250 Calorie" meal plan.

I have made a series of tests, and likewise tried to clone your form. I was able to replicate the issue. With this, I have escalated the matter to our development team. We will inform you as soon as we have updates.

Just to update you, a developer has been assigned to this thread. And the priority has been marked as "important". They will respond to your issue as soon as it is possible for them.

sorry I hate to push this but if we cant get this resolved here soon Im gonna have to try something else.. this is drastically effecting our sales. Is there any update or possible idea of whats going on or how to get this fixed?

You have been assigned a developer who is looking into the matter. Development involves analyzing hundreds of lines of code. Then the developer has to debug and test. Each developer is assigned to multiple tickets. Therefore it seems like slow process from the customers perspective.

Sometimes a fix can be found in a day or so. While other times it can take a couple months. So please bear with us until the developer has an answer for you.

Duplicate calculation results in this problem. I have reviewed your form and see that 6th condition is conflicting with all the other conditions. When I reversed 'greater than' and 'less than' values, form worked correctly.
