Can you clarify the payment submission limits on your pricing?

When you say that when you create a form there is a limit of payments you can receive - can you clarify this? For instance, in the free plan - you can make a form that receives payment - with a limit of a certain amount of submissions - but of those submissions you can only be paid once? Perhaps I'm misunderstanding.

Does this include using services like Authorize.Net?

    Thank you for contacting us.

When you receive a payment from a form that is integrated with a payment processing service it is considered as a payment submission. This includes the Authorize.Net and similar payment integrations.

The free plan is limited to 1 payment submission per month, it means that you can receive just 1 payment submission per month. The Bronze plan is limited to 10 payment submissions (total) per month, the Silver plan to 100 payment submissions per month, and the Gold plan to the 100,000 payment submissions per month.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.
