I just came over from Wufoo, it appears that I should have stayed there and will most likely be going back.

The "Form View" is a scam. My home page has your code on it but customers do not look at the form each time they visit the home page. You can see how many submissions I have had (119).  I do have to commend you for figureING out how to increase your revenue (push folks to the next level). This reminds me of how Cell phone companies charge and nobody like a cell phone provider.

MY QUESTION IS THIS: IF I ADD YOUR BRAND TO THE BOTTOM OF THE FORMS DOES IT GOT TO UNLIMITED. AM I UNDERSTANDING IT CORRECTLY?

How much is the increase? It goes to "Unlimited" and it does not matter what plan you are on. You will however need to refresh before you see the change in the usage.

First, please check these related guides/link:

    https://www.jotform.com/form-analytics/

Yes, that is correct. You can also upgrade your account if you're expecting more traffic on your forms. You can enable the JotForm Branding in the Account Settings page of your JotForm account. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

I also suggest checking the form analytics page to see where the views are coming from.

I hope this information helps. Contact us again if you need further assistance.

    John

There is no way this form was viewed 10,000 times
I think what I’m understanding is if the page is landed on with the jot form code embedded then that is a considered a view?
This is where the form is located on my site……”Questions” to the far left. www.spacare.com
