I sent a test email by myself, but the monthly limit was reduced.

    I am writing because I spent several hours today playing with your software deciding if it was the route I would need to take in order to get the results I need. I decided that it was.

    So, I signed up for a paid plan. I am shocked that the test submissions that I did when I had a 'free' account (which is why I signed up for a free account to begin with) would be counted toward my monthly allowance now that I upgraded my plan. Isn't that what the free account is for? To test the software to see if it is a good fit?

    Dear Matt,

    To avoid this, you need to use the test email function under your email notification settings. Test email function doesn't consume your limits. For further details, kindly follow our user guide:
