How can I get the multifield fields to output data as single items?

Background:

I have a jotform for taking orders.

I have your standard 'Name' field with prefix selected. I also have address field with street 1, street 2, City, Zip, State, Country

I need to zap the data to Ontraport and Xero.

Both need the name to be separated into 3 fields - prefix, first, last.

Both need the address to be separated.

Zapier has recommended I insert a 'formatter' step to convert the data, but this is complicated and prone to error (eg if the person has a two word first or second name (like Mary Ann Van Dyke --> first =Mary, last = Ann).

Short of redoing the form with separate fields for each element of the multifield, it would be easier if the data just outputted in separate fields like Gravity Forms.

Can you set the output data to do this so that I can select the individual field rather than the aggregated field data.

Please note that it is currently not possible to separate the data of name or address field to be displayed in separate columns in submission page. 

The best way to achieve your requirement is by adding separate fields in form for first name and last name. You also need to add separate short text entry for all address fields. Please check the screenshot below:
