Can I add an option to send form to e-mail?

Good afternoon, 

My form is a terms and conditions form which our customers are required to complete an sign.

Is it possible to add an option for the form to be sent to the customers e-mail by selecting and adding in the form?

As I understood, you want to add an option that sends an email if the form user selects that option. 

To achieve this, you can add an autoresponder email that will be sent to customers' email and set a condition for this autoresponder. For example, you can check the following form:

1)I set a Yes/No question using the Single Choice field.

2) I set an autoresponder email.

3) I added a condition for this autoresponder.

If users enter their email addresses and select "Yes" and then, submit the form, the autoresponder will be sent to customers' email. If users select "No", then the email will not be sent.
