I think I've upgraded the wrong account

    My friend sent me a link via email about your end of year specials, and I've went through to pay for a bronze package, however, on completion of the transaction, I was directed to 'my accounts' page where her details were filed in... user name: shannaam Email: shannaam@westnet.com.au

    My detail are (which I've filled in at the time of purchasing the bronze package): Name: Mike Korsos, Email: mike@korsos.com.au

    Obviously I didn't want to pay for anyone else's account.

    What can you do to help me fix this problem?
