    Hi there: I am new to jotform and I'm having a hard time getting the report I need. I would like EACH field in a separate column for sorting and mail merge. As of now, all of my products lump together into one field so I have to separate them and all address and email are in one field. Can I change this so I can use the reporting function with efficiency?

    I have looked at your form and it is using Paypal payment. With Payment elements they are treated as one field and it include Product name and Name of person making payment which may be different from the Name entered in the Full name field.

    Unfortunately it will not be possible to remove the extra name details field in the reports since the Payment is treated as a filed.
