We have a few forms that are not working for some users. In each case, they are customers in South Asia - particularly India and Sri Lanka - and they report that when clicking submit, the button changes to "Please wait" and then freezes there.
Both forms that have had problems are using the Preview Before Submit Widget, so it could be a problem with that, but it doesn't happen for all users, it has been working for some unique users sometimes but then not at other times, and I can't replicate the problem here in Switzerland. So maybe it has something to do with the invisible captcha?

I was able to replicate your issue. The forms got stuck when I tried to submit both of these forms you mentioned.
