i am trying to access details for a form submission but it ends up giving me a pdf headed 'hold it right there' when downloading. Previously I have been locked out of my account and had to explain that we are a private healthcare company that use Jotform for new employee enrollment. As you can appreciate this is very inconvenient once again. Could you please explain why this keeps happening? As an organisation, I do not have the capacity to allow this to put a halt on things.
Can you please look into this? I would be most grateful if you could reply at your earliest convenience.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. We cannot replicate this to our end, but I have just reported this problem to our backend team for further investigation.
For the meantime, I have whitelisted your IP Address. I suggest checking again and let us know if the issue persists.
