How does payment work for upgrading an account twice?

    Hi, I recently upgraded my account to Storage but realise I need to go to the next level so I can allow sufficient number of submissions.

    On the payment page, it requests the full amount for the Bronze but will it then refund me the money I've already paid for the Storage package as I don't want to pay twice?

    I did check your account and found that you have upgraded your account to storage yearly subscription. Since you have upgraded your account though Paypal, automatic refund will not be possible. 

    I would suggest you to please go ahead and upgrade your account to desired plan. We will then process the prorated refund for your storage yearly subscription plan.

    Thank you for your response. I have now upgraded to the Bronze level for my account. Can you please process the pro rata refund for the Storage level as you suggested?

    I did check your account and found that you have upgraded your account to bronze yearly subscription plan. I have sent a request to our billing team to cancel & process the refund for you last subscription payment for storage plan. Please allow 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
