Subscription Payment Failed

    Hi there,


    My boss received an email (screen shot below) saying that his subscription payment failed. We're not sure what this is. Can you please provide me with some information so that we can pay it if needed?

    It looks like your credit card has expired. So you need to update that quickly or the system will downgrade your account.
