Trying to reset password but have not received an email to reset?

I have checked your email address and it was in our bounce list, this is why you were not receiving the emails. However, it's been already removed and I also resent the email with reset instructions, please check your inbox (and junk/spam folder in case you cannot find the email in the inbox) to get the email and reset your password.
