    Hi,

    I've been advertising on Google Adwords and Bing Ads this morning and spent over £320 so far, but haven't had any sales since about 9am. So I ran a test transaction, and am getting the following error:

    PCI :: Error during transaction
    The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.
    Please go back and fix this

    I haven't changed any auth.net settings so no idea why this has happened, but it's clearly cost me a small fortune! Please could someone look into this urgently please?

    Thanks,

    Marcelle

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check your form and you seems to have added authorize.net creditentials but since it requires live payment, I was not able to submit your form to test the issue.

    I would suggest you to please login to your authorize.net account and see if there is any problem with the account. I suspect that either your password is changed / expired or your account is inactive.

    We will wait for your response.

    Hi. The credentials are fine, and they’re working in Formstack, so there’s no error there.

    I’ve just run another test transaction on JotForm and it seems to have worked this time, so I’ll just keep an eye on it. If i get any further issues though, they cost me a lot in advertising, and I’ll have to switch back, regrettably.
