I upgraded my account to Bronze around 8 this morning but received an email stating I needed to upgrade at 9:15. Can you confirm that I upgraded.

I checked your account and it currently shows as Bronze. I believe that email was simply a delayed over limit notice. Your account is well within the Bronze limits and you should not have any issues with it being over limit.
