Received a notice of payment failure

    We received a notice for payment failure.  I need to make sure that this is for the correct account that is currently active and not the account that was last used in 2014.

    The payment failure notification you have received is on account EJspecial, the account ejspecialties should have to manually process the Silver yearly subscription renewal.

    As per the Sept 27th email explanation, the account ejspecialties was manually transferred the Silver subscription you paid for EJspecial back in Dec 9th, 2016, hence, it is needed to have the yearly Silver subscription renewed for account ejspecialties.
