I have been trying to log in to Quiz Form app but it does not recognize my normal Jotform login.

I was not able to replicate the issue you are referring to. I was able to log in to the Quiz App page and to the JotForm website separately. Here's a screen capture:
Please try the following steps:
1. Log out from JotForm.
2. Close and restart your browser.
3. Go to Quiz App page (https://quizform.jotform.io/) and click the Open Quiz Form button.
4. After that, please enter your JotForm credentials and click the "Sign-In" button.
If it is still the same, please try to check if it will work on another browser or not. Lastly, you might need to clear your browser's cache.
