Single Choice - Can we deselect selected item?

    I am using Single Choice on my survey. When you take the survey and click on the single choice, you can't unclick it. Is there anyway to make it a radio button?

    The Single Choice selection cannot be deselected. The alternative is to use a Multiple Choice field type, you can add a single item to that field and it will support the deselection.

    Would I be able to change the single choice to multiple choice or would I have to start all over again?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the field type from Single Choice to Multiple Choice. You will have to recreate the fields. 

    I saw that you have 3 submissions. Please note that when the field is deleted the submitted data for that field will also be deleted from the submission page. I would suggest you to download your data before you delete Single Choice fields from your form.
