I cannot make changes on the embedded form

See salamone@vip.net GB Wine Order form

In the past, all I had to do was make a change and click on the embed link and the change would be made on the web site www.gehringerwines.ca click Order Wine.

Now I can make the change and embed that change in the web site.  Please help as soon as possible.

I have deleted the old form, and copied and pasted the new embed code but it did not work.  Don't know what else to try.

I checked your webpage and I can see that the form is embedded properly. I have tested this on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Here's a screenshot:

Please take note that the changes you made in the Form Builder should reflect on the embedded form. 

I suggest you check the changes you made in the Preview Mode to make sure that they are saved properly. You can enter the Preview Mode by toggling the Preview Button switch. After that, please refresh your webpage to see the changes.
