My account was auto suspended before I even ever made a form

    I literally created an account and picked a template and my account auto-suspended. This is not a great first five mins of use... Please fix this. How can I know if I want to buy if I cannot even use the free forms?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. Please be noted that it is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing. 

    I see that the form is having a field to collect Social Security Number that caused the account to suspended. As mentioned in our terms of usage it is required to use best security practices of JotForm including SSL and Encrypted Forms features. I have now deleted the SSN field from the form and activated your account. You may now login to your account and manage the forms.

    I picked a template from your site so how can I be phishing.... okay then
