When client uploads file on my Contact Us page and Jotform sends me client email with file link to download client files, I get an error message that I cannot retrieve the file from the Server....pls advise and help. Is there a phone # you can give me to talk to live person to help fix this critical issue?

Unfortunately we do not have phone support. I have check the form on that link you gave and it seems that the last time it was updated was still on 2014.
Can you please update your upload field by deleting it and adding it again.
