The form in my page is not getting changes when i do it online I dont know why.

We use servers in different regions, also we use Content Delivery Network, so there might be some time before the form updates.
The problem can be also related to your browser cache. First of all, please clear your browser temporary files to see if that makes any difference. If it is not, please let us know, so that we will be able to proceed with the further investigation.
