hello i don't receive by mail the request from the customers
how can i fix it?

If I understood you correctly, you are not receiving the emails when your form is submitted.
You are not receiving email because you did not set an email Notification inside of your form. You only created an Autoresponder email.
If you want to receive an email when your form is submitted you have to create an Email Notification. inside of this guide, you can find how to do it:
