Any wait to remove "Please wait while we are processing your request"

When we post variables via PHP solution; any way to skip this (screenshot attached)? Or at least change the content; or only show the spinner?

I'm afraid that it is not possible to change that message. 

We could probably forward this to our backend team for a possible implementation, but we cannot promise it will be implemented.
