Over quota: I have been asked to upgrade because of over quota on silver plan

    I have been asked to upgrade which I had to do but I didn't think I was above my quota.

    Hello, 

    As I checked your account, It seems you have upgraded your account to GOLD yearly plan on Dec 11, 2017. As I saw everything is fine with your limitations, you have not reached your limitations yet. 

    You can check your limitations for your Gold plan on your Usage page:

    Hi, I know i am in quota for the gold package as I have just renewed. I didn't think I was over quota on my silver package. Can this be checked and details sent?
