I cannot view submissions

    I have used Chrome, Explorer and Firefox and cannot view submissions and so cannot create a spreadsheet of delegates for an event we are holding.

    Any form which is completed is blank in my view.

    Please help

    I see that you are a sub-account of the another Jotform account which is called "HeidelbergEngineering". This problem occurs when the both account's data is stored in different data centers. 

    Your data are stored in Europe data center, however, the main account's data are stored in US data center. Hence, you aren't able to view the main account's data. Kindly enable the Europe data center option on both accounts or disable it on both accounts. You are able to enable or disable this option by following this way: Account's settings -> Data



    After this action, you should be able to view the main account's data. If your problem persists, please let us know.
