In "Settings"->"Emails", Notification/Autoresponder email content doesn't update automatically when I make changes in the form. That goes for the header and images. The rest of the fields change. The only way to overcome this is to create a new Notification/Autoresponder email. Also when I try to change the heading image directly in the email content body (delete and insert new), then it won't appear. This is very important because people change their logos in their forms, but the Autoresponder keeps the old one.

I did check your form's auto-responder email alert but did not find any heading image added in the email content. It has two field name added on top of the email content. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please add the header image in form auto-responder and get back to us, we will take a look.
