How can I fix the script that's not working?

    I'm trying to embed my forms on my wordpress site & all that's appearing now is text like so <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/73377814728165"></script>with no form appearing, it was working fine before so I don't know what the problem is now.

    P.S., I used the iFrame code, it didn't work.

    Hi,

    You have the WordPress publishing platform ready from jotform. Please click in Publish then Platform and select WordPress. In that image you have some instructions on how to to insert the code. Please refer to the image below.

    I tried it as seen here http://storylayout.com/character-list/ but it only
    partially shows on my web page.
