Payment Response Feild not showing in Email Notifications

    Dear Customer Service

    When we are receiving submitted forms via email it is not showing the response for the feild "Is this a Paying or Non-Paying Event".  However, when logged into the JotForm account the Payment Option shows.

    Please Advise

    Can you please delete the current email alert and setup a fresh new one?
