I have been using jot form for a while but now most of the time I'm having to refresh build pages to get them to load. Also once I edit forms, the changes don't update for a while, sometimes a day. I have tried using the clear cache in the account settings and even putting extra parameters int hurl to make it a new url. The form still doesn't seem to update but if I go to the http version and not the https it shows the update, this isn't something I would like to do. I live chatted once and it appears that the clear cache works on your end because that is what they said they did first.
Is there something else I can do so that I can work with your forms with immediate changes again?

It sounds like a web browser cache issue. What browser are you using?
Try emptying your browser cache and cookies. Then load the form again.

I'm using safari. Here is what I have tried:
The same computer same browser, clear the cache in jot form account settings. no change
The same computer same browser, cleared cache and cookies. no change
The same computer different browser in private mode. no change
Another computer on the same internet network. no change
A phone on it's own data. no change.
The only time it changes is when I have contacted the live chat and have them clear the cache.
I have also tried using the preview form mode and it still won't give the updated build. But the build page is always up-to-date across browsers and devices

I have cleared your form caches. So you can try it again.
If this issue persists we should submit a bug report.

I tried again. It was updated to the current version and then I added new element and it never added it to the published form.
I have several forms I need to work on today. While the bug is being taken care of, is there another option form me to to make it update on my side?

Apologies for any inconveniences caused. I have checked the form and noted that the issue is resolved now. I have also cloned and update the form and I was able to see similar updates on both URLs.
