My forms clickable areas do not match the on-screen buttons

    In order to submit an answer on my form, a user would have to know to click somewhere in the red areas below. How do I fix this?

    I would like to apologize for any inconvenience, however, when I checked the form on the website you shared with us, I only see a form with a "deep green-cyan color" submit button.

    I have checked the form and I only see one field in it.

    Finally figured it out!

    OK, Putting your cursor over the area with the circles just before the text (Yes and No) does not activate the button. The button is only activated in the areas circled in red above. While it does work, it would not be good for the constituents we serve, who tend to be geriatric.

    You need to click the option to select it. If you want to select it automatically just by hovering the mouse, unfortunately, that is not possible.
