In order to submit an answer on my form, a user would have to know to click somewhere in the red areas below. How do I fix this?

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience, however, when I checked the form on the website you shared with us, I only see a form with a "deep green-cyan color" submit button.
I have checked the form and I only see one field in it.
We will be glad to help you. Can you give us more details about what exactly is your concern so we will be able to do so, please?
We will wait for your response.

thanks for your quick response. I've been trying to upload an image to you and for some reason it wasn't working.

I can't figure out how to place a screen shot in my reply to you. Trying a different way.

Finally figured it out!
OK, Putting your cursor over the area with the circles just before the text (Yes and No) does not activate the button. The button is only activated in the areas circled in red above. While it does work, it would not be good for the constituents we serve, who tend to be geriatric.

I checked the page URL you have provided and here's a screen animation of what I am seeing:
You need to click the option to select it. If you want to select it automatically just by hovering the mouse, unfortunately, that is not possible.
You can also try re-embedding the form using the iFrame Method. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
If you're referring to a different issue, please let us know. Thank you.
