I can't login into my jot form account.
Have had trouble getting the updates to take effect on the form. tried logging in and out to fix and has resulted in me getting blocked out.

The error message you provided is usually shown when there are to many fail attempts too log in. You should be able to log in after 30 minutes.
Make sure that your login credentials are correct.
