I'm trying to setup if a state is chosen then it will go to a certain email address. Am I able to accomplish this with jotform? Right now on my forms I have an email listed next to the state for the calculation values.

I have checked the forms in your account and I can only assume that you are referring to this form — https://www.jotform.us/form/73455570768165

Since you are trying to send an email alert to the email address set as calculation value of an option in the "Choose your State" drop-down field, I would suggest that you pass the value of that drop-down field into an additional textbox field (Short Text Entry Field) following the instructions in this guide — How-to-Manipulate-Text-String-with-Conditions-and-Calculation

After that, set that textbox field as recipient of an email autoresponder that you can create in your form — Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email

The additional hidden textbox field will contain the calculation value of the selected option from the drop-down and that calculation value will be set as the recipient of the email autoresponder. This will work if you are planning to send an email alert having the same contents.

However, if you are planning to send a different email alert for each email addresses, then you can just create a condition that will send the corresponding email alert to the email address passed conditionally to the textbox field based on the selected option in the drop-down field.
