Would like an integration for csisoftwareusa payment systems

The organization I work for uses this: http://www.csisoftwareusa.com/our_products/index.php as their payment software. is there a way to request the integration of that? How? 

I checked the URL provided and there does not appear to be any way to connect to that platform from an external application.  There do not have API or anything of that nature.  We can forward a feature request for an integration, but I do not believe they offer the ability to create one for their platform.
