I tried to add my form into wordpress as seen here http://storylayout.com/character-list/ but it only partially shows on my web page.

I was able to replicate the issue when I opened your webpage. I believe you are using a self-hosted Wordpress website.

Please try to re-embed the form using this user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/4-Adding-Forms-to-Wordpress-org-Version.

If it is the same, please re-embed the form using the iFrame method. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

Lastly, you might need to adjust the width of the iFrame element. Here's an example:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-1234567891112" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotform.com/1234567891112" frameborder="0" style="width: 800px; min-width: 100%; height:539px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>

Hope that helps. Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the quick replies to my emails, the Wordpress.org
Version has worked for my adding forms to my website issue so I thank you
    for that.
