    Hi,

    The username for the form used in as-enegie.ch is crono8. I already sent password reset instructions to your email so you can restore access to your account and forms.

    Please check your email for the reset instructions.

    If you no longer have any access to the current email address you can open up a new JotForm account with the new username and email then move the existing forms from crono8 by using the clone feature of JotForm so that you can continue on managing the forms. Once you have cloned the forms you will need to update the form embed code in the websites where the forms were added and change it to the new ones. Or we can also move the forms to your new account.
