Our forms on our website continue to say, "This form has exceeded it's allocated quota" even though I updated for more form submissions. Can you help?

I checked your account and I can see that it is currently active. I was able to open your other forms as well. However, this form (https://www.jotform.com/60336288413152) had already been deleted.
Are you still experiencing this problem? If yes, then please provide the URL of the webpage where the form is currently embedded.
