How can I delete my form shared on the form gallery?

    I have deleted, archived, etc. a form that I was trying out but when I search it in google it still shows. I fear it might cause confusion to have this form out there. How can I delete it permanently?

    As I understood, you want to delete your shared form on form templates gallery. You should restore your deleted form firstly. After, you can unshare your template by following these instructions below.

    You can find your deleted forms on Trash menu. To bring back forms that you deleted,

    1. Go to Trash menu.

    2. Click on the deleted form.

    3. Click Restore.

    In order to delete the shared form template on the form templates gallery,

    1. Go to your My Forms page

    2. Select the shared form

    3. Click More option

    4. Select "Share as Template"

    5. Click "Unshare Form".
