How do you delete one element of a form?

If I have a list of meditations eg PArt 1 with a price then part 2 with a price and so forth and I want to delete Part 1 so it no longer can be seen as an option on the form.  How do I successfully delete the one   (Part 1) ?

I'm not sure to which field you're referring to, but you can delete a field by selecting it and clicking remove:
