We want to upgrade to higher plan. Will it cancel & refund older bronze plan?

Hi, we are planning to upgrade our annual plan to silver. Will it cancel already our bronze plan? since we paid that already. Thanks.

I did check your account and found that you have active bronze yearly subscription plan which was upgraded on Nov 29, 2017. Please note that if you upgrade your account to higher plan of silver yearly plan, you will not be charged full amount. Prorated refund for bronze yearly subscription will be applied to your account and only the difference amount will be charged to you.
