Some issues with new form version.

    Hi,

    Although the new version is more interactive ,elegant and better looking, I hope that we will be given the option to go to the one page version permanently, I think it is more suitable for official use, and also in short forms.

    Here is some issues I experienced while using the new version:

    1- I couldn't edit Thank you page, or direct user to a page after filling the form.

    2- For Arabic or Hebrew forms, in which writing is applied from right to left (opposite of English ) , I can  align field title  from right to left , but filling space can be written from left to right only, even after I selected Arabic language from settings.

    In previous version I was given a css code by support team to resolve this issue, and am not able to apply it for new version.

    here is the code:

    .form-all {direction: rtl;}

    .form-label-right {width: 100%;}

    .form-radio, .form-checkbox {float: left;}

    .form-label {

        width: 100% !important;

        text-align: right !important;

        float: right !important;

    }

    Thanks you.

    Hi,

    The thank you page now can be edited by clicking in thank you page in the bottom of the form.

    Unfortunately Custom CSS isn't supported yet by the new layout.

    In this case I would suggest you to change the layout to the old one. Please login to your account and open this link https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    Locate Form Layout and select the Single Question in One Page option.

    Please let us know if you have any other question.

    Hi,

    Yes I did return to the previous version with no troubles.

    Will the previous version will be available permanently?

    Thanks for your support.

    At the moment we do not have any updates on whether the One Page layout will be phased out however in case of any changes we will update all our users in time.
