    Done. I have applied it to your form (22892837340358). Kindly check your mail notification to figure it out.

    Example, for your Landlord / Agent Details address field.

    {landlord111:addr_line1}

    {landlord111:addr_line2}

    {landlord111:city} {landlord111:state} {landlord111:postal}

    {landlord111:country}

    Actually what you only need to change is the bolded field variable to any other address field variables you have. Example for your address field, it has {address112} field variable, so the strip codes should be:

    {address112:addr_line1}

    {address112:addr_line2}

    {address112:city} {address112:state} {address112:postal}

    {address112:country}

    Hope this clarifies a bit. Thanks!

    Hi Again

    I tried editing this as my 120 address  neither the ones you changed or mine have resulted in the headers being stripped ou.

    What I have noticed is your description such as City and postal i have renamed to Town and Post Code to reflect the UK system.  Would the different words be the issue?

    Thanks for great support so far.

    Thanks

    Its beggining to work

    In my question "Previous Address 1"  this is the text in the box to the right

    {address120:addr_line1}

    {address120:addr_line2}

    {address120:city} {address112:state} {address112:postal}

    {address120:country}

    should it look like this?

    {Previous:addr_line1}

    {Previous:addr_line2}

    {Previous:city} {Previous:state} {Previous:postal}

    {Previous:country}

    Thanks

    @Biggles,

    It is as it should be.  Have you tested by submitting a test entry?

    To further explain my colleague's solution:

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------

    Previous Address 1 | {address120}

    Will send your notification with the headings.

    Building Name or Number: 181
    Street / Road Name: Wellesley Road
    Post Town: Clacton on Sea
    County: Essex
    Post Code: CO15 3QF
    Country: United Kingdom

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------

    Previous Address 1 |  {address120:addr_line1}

    {address120:addr_line2}

    {address120:city} {address112:state} {address112:postal}

    {address120:country}

    Will send your notification without the headings.

    181
    Wellesley Road
    Clacton on Sea
    Essex
    CO15 3QF
    United Kingdom

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------

    So, in this example the ID for "Previous Address 1 " is "{address120}"

    To find out the ID for any of the fields on your form follow this visual guide:

    I was in chat with an associate today. He said to change mine to

    {jobAddress19:addr_line1}

    {jobAddress19:city} {jobAddress19:state} {jobAddress19:postal}

    and

    {billingAddress25:addr_line1}

    {billingAddress25:city} {billingAddress25:state} {billingAddress25:postal}

    Now I get an empty address field in my email.

    I even deleted the whole thing and started over! I get same end result.

    http://www.christmaselectric.net/servicereq.htm

    oh and btw it sucks because i'm using up submissions because i have to keep testing this. The test email does not me if information is correct when the form is filled out.

    That was me on the chat, FYI.

    By the way, I just tested your form and the address seems to be working fine now. Is this already resolved? This is what it shows after my test:

    No more address labels are displayed.

    Thanks!

    You have two forms on your account, are you referring to this form 21223482756150 "Service Request Form "? That's what I'm checking on right now and they are working fine here. Can you try making another test?

    Thanks!

    Everytime I have to test it. I have to make a submission on my form page :( It's almost full :(

    Test email does not show the data entered.

    {jobAddress19:addr_line1}
    {jobAddress19:city} {jobAddress19:state} {jobAddress19:postal}

    Hi EltonChris
    I am still having trouble with this subject

    All but one of the address fields return with out the sub headers  and I can see the difference in the code.  Example:-

    Works

    #input_112_addr_line1, #input_112_addr_line2, #input_112_city, #input_112_state, #input_112_postal, #input_112_country

    Doesn’t work

    #input_111_addr_line1, #input_111_addr_line2, #input_111_city, #input_111_state, #input_111_postal, #input_111_country

    Works

    #input_121_addr_line1, #input_121_addr_line2, #input_121_city, #input_121_state, #input_121_postal, #input_121_country

    ????

    Am I missing something?

    Also when the form is printed the question presents aligned with  the middle  of the answer.  Is there anyway of having to align with the top line of the answer?

    Thanks

    Am I missing something?

    If you would like to remove the sub titles for "Landlord / Agent Details" field, you can use the following tags in your email template:

    {landlord111:addr_line1}
    {landlord111:addr_line2} {landlord111:city}
    {landlord111:state}
    {landlord111:postal}
    {landlord111:country}

    Current tags like {address114:addr_line1} will not work due to icorrect name. You can see the correct name on the source code.

    Also when the form is printed the question presents aligned with the middle of the answer. Is there anyway of having to align with the top line of the answer?

    I am not sure if this is possible, but we can try to check this out. Are you trying to print the online form, received email or something else? How do you print it?

    Thank you.

    Hi

    How do i get to the cource code page? If I can't get to the sopurce code what do I alter in the HTML front end?  Or you have my permision to correct it for me.

    On the alignment question. This is how it currently prints out from the email notification with the question in the middle of the answer whic make the form a little uneasy on the eye.

                                     21 the street
    Current address          The Town
                                     The County
                                     Post Code

    This how I would like the alignment to the questions

    Current Address         21 The street
                                    The Town
                                     The County
                                     Postcode

    Once this form is tidyied up and working to my liking would it be suitable for your tempalte collection?

    Thanks

    Kevin

    ETA.  now I have posted this the formatting has changed from what I intended.  I hope it still illustuates my point.

    Hi Kevin,

    You can highlight the address label and set it's vertical alignment to 'Top'. Here's a video: http://screencast.com/t/56exwg8rqF

    Let us know if you need something else. Thanks!
