Hello Erickson - Yes, all forms are mobile responsive by default. Although there are some occasions when some fields (especially widgets) will not behave in a responsive way. This is mainly due to the fact that all widgets reside on their own respective iframes.

No further action is needed to make forms responsive but if the need arises, you can try adding the Mobile Responsive Widget to see if it will help.
