I want to create a very simple form for employees to recognize and appreciate each other. I want the form to include a drop down of employee's email addresses and then have the form email the recipient. Can you help? Thank you :)

Here's how to do that.
1. Add the dropdown field into your form with the email addresses as its options
2. Add or edit the autoresponder in your form and set the dropdown field as the recipeint
So when the form is submitted, the selected email option in the dropdown field will receive the autoresponder message.
