Not receiving email notifications after PayPal payment and JotForm submission

    Hi! I've tried to troubleshoot this weird problem, but I can't figure out what's wrong.

    I did not get the notification email when my form was submitted.

    The direct url for the form is:

    I filled out my embedded form at:

    The payment went through PayPal.

    I got the JotForm thank you screen.

    The form submission appears in JotForm.

    I got the email confirmation that goes to the renter.

    I did not get the email telling me there was a new form submission.

    I checked the Jotform email history and see that both emails were sent, but the one to my gmail address never arrived. It's not in spam and my email address is not on the bounce list.

    What could cause me not to receive the email that was sent?

    We were experiencing a larger than normal load on our Email queue that should now be resolved.  Emails should now be sending right away and older emails that were in the queue should now be sent.  There may still be a slight delay with some emails but for the most part everything should be back to normal.
