I just upgraded my account yesterday and today it says the form has been disabled. The form went from having around 11 views a few days ago to now having thousands... this has to be a mistake.

I checked your account and I see the sudden spike of your views and they were all from your IP address. So I can assume that you might have some editor (Dreamweaver) switched on which could cause this issue.
For the time being, I reset your views limit.
Please check if your form is opened in any editor.

Yes, I have dreamweaver open. Does that mean every time I go to edit that page through Dreamweaver, it'll spike my views? I tried refreshing jotform, but it still tells me I am out of views.

I am not sure what I need to "remove". It looks like it is still calculating views. I have closed out the file in Dreamweaver that has the form embedded. I have other files open in dreamweaver that do not have the form embedded, does that matter? I read the link above and I have been logged in this whole time, but that doesn't seem to be helping either.

I meant to say that you should try removing the embedded code from the file in Dreamweaver you just closed.
Anyways, if you closed the file, it should not longer be generating views. I have reported this to our back-end team to see if there is something wrong that may be duplicating the views. You will be updated via this thread.

It is still generating views and is now disabled again. I don't even have Dreamweaver open at all. I really need this form up and running because we have a lot of applicants trying to fill out applications.

I reset again, and I see that the views are going high in one day only. Still, most of the views came from your IP address according to our Analytics:

I can't see any activity for two days.
We can't exclude form views. We can only ban an IP address to prevent spamming. Since this is your IP address you should contact your IT or web admin.

There is no activity because the form was disabled... I am the IT admin. I have had this form for a long time now and the only thing I changed was that I added the link to the page with the embedded form (http://tchdrillers.com/application.html) to our home page (http://tchdrillers.com/). I have a lot of things I need to change to our website, but I am now afraid to open dreamweaver because I need jot form to continue to work. Banning my IP address isn't an option since I need to make sure it is working.

I just wish there was someone I could speak to over the phone about this issue. I really don't want to find another company for my forms, but the fact that I am already at 49,000 for the month (when it was clearly my IP hitting it) is a problem when I am only allowed 100,000 before it is disabled again. In reality, I would probably have like 50 views a month AT MOST for this form.
I didn't disable the form, it was disabled yesterday because it said I reached my limit of views. It was already enabled again when someone on your end reset the view limit.

Sorry for this inconvenience, but we can't exclude form views by an IP address. As it is embedded/served from an external web site it is better to check that location and web logs. Because this is an unexpected behavior. There might be an internal daemon that requests your forms automatically.
We are always eager to help you but we can't know the setup of your website infrastructure.

It did it again... I think its crazy that I can't have any page that has a link to the form open in my editor. I have to edit my website daily, but this is a huge problem. You can see that my views on one day were 2 and then the next went to 15,000+ and now they are disabled. Why is there even a limit on views and not just on submissions???

We are sorry for this inconvenience, but as said by our colleague from the backend, the issue is most probably related to some internal configuration which you should check since we are unable to check that on your website.
I reset you view limits and re-activated your account.
