I am once again not seeing my shared folders. I am not sure why my settings keep getting changed. How is it that I can fix this again?

The Shared With You section is there when I checked your account. If you still cannot see it, please do the following on your end:
1. Clear your browser cache.
2. Clear your browser cookies for Jotform.
3. Try checking the account by using another browser.
4. If none of the above helps, please check your console for possible errors. This guide should help you check the console:
