I really haven't used my account over the past few months and I deleted everything that had been uploaded (even what was in the trash). Still the account says I have used 130mb or 100mb and that I have reached the limit!
is it possible to correct this?

Forms that are in the trash still count towards the limit. If you purge the forms from the trash they will be completely removed along with their submission data and file uploads.
Here is how to restore deleted forms:
But if you click on "Purge" instead of restore, the form will be fully removed.
