I received an email to save 50% but when I went to the site I renewed (I think) the bronze at the regular price.

    I have verified this with our billing team and confirmed that your account is only illegible for discount on silver and gold plans because your account is set to expire on January 21, 2018 and the year end sale is no longer offer on this date. We thank you for your understanding.
