    Please cancel our subscription and refund the charge of 159.00 to card ending in 2426 on November 28, 2017.  Please confirm that this request has been processed.

    You are currently on the FREE plan and I see that your were refunded.

    Can you please check your records that this is correct?

    You can view your invoices in your user profile settings (under the billing section)


    If you haven't received your money please get straight back to us and we will look into it.
